I have belonged to InstantCashSweepstakes.com for a while now, but never really used it at all. A blogger friend of mine has confirmed that they do pay out and she has won the $2 prizes and a $50 prize so far! Man I wish I had been doing it all this time!
It is super simple. They provide you with a few poll type questions and you get rewarded for answering them with small cash prizes, tickets towards cash drawings and coins, which you use to purchase more tickets or enter into $2 drawings.
